Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
Please be sure to check our size chart carefully before placing your order.
If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include your order number, photos of the product, and a detailed explanation.
Once approved, we will issue a store credit or exchange based on availability.
Items must be:
✔️ Unworn
✔️ Unwashed
✔️ In original packaging with tags

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
