Lost or Stolen Packages Policy

We know that carrier delays and issues can happen. Sometimes a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but may actually arrive within the next 1–4 business days.


✅ Please follow these steps first:

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check all areas around your delivery address (mailbox, front/back door, neighbors, etc.).

  2. Wait up to 4 full business days — many packages are delivered within this window even after being marked “Delivered.”


🚫 Please note:

  • LOVIISA  is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If you believe your order was mis-delivered or stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier (usually USPS or UPS).

  • At this time, we are not able to reship or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
